Pre-registrations will receive a 10% discount, and is $45 plus a $2 credit card fee ($47 total).

Pre-registration is open to 2023 vendors, through December 2023.

Full refund if need to cancel, through October 2024.

2024 registration will be $50 plus a $2 fee ($52 total).

50% refund if need to cancel until November 1. No refund if canceled after November 1.​

Vendor keeps all of the profits made during the event.

All items must be appropriate for a church event. No inappropriate items, words, or images. Determination of such items is at the discretion of WBFBC or MP. Vendors who have such items will be asked to remove them or leave the market.

Set up begins at 7:00 am on the day of the event. Cars must be cleared of the area by 9:00 am and all vendors must be ready for business no later than 9:30 am.

Vendors will not begin clean-up of their booth until after 2:00 pm. Vendors who begin clean-up early will be charged a $35 early clean-up fee. Vendors must clean up their booth completely and be cleared out by 3:00pm.
